WellTest Global is the testing-only arm of ISG FZ-LLC — a Cornerstone member of the International WELL Building Institute's provider network, with two decades of sustainability work across MENA.

We test. We don't consult.

How we got here

ISG FZ-LLC — Integrative Sustainability Group — has run LEED, WELL, Estidama, and BREEAM engagements across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and beyond for over a decade. 350+ projects, a team of accredited professionals including WELL APs, LEED APs, Estidama Pearl-rated assessors, and a calibrated testing inventory built up through years of real engagements.

WellTest Global is the specialist surface of that capability — dedicated to the performance-testing slice of the WELL framework, for the WELL AP community who needs a testing partner that won't compete with them for consulting work.

What we're authorized for

  • WELL Performance Testing — the scored, on-site measurement event that supports WELL Certification
  • WELL Performance Verification — the recurring 2-to-3-year re-verification required to maintain certification under WELL v2
  • Pre-test readiness assessments — optional advisory engagements to identify likely failure points before the scored test

Authorization is issued by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). WellTest Global operates under ISG FZ-LLC's Cornerstone membership and authorized-PTP designation. Full verification is publicly visible in the IWBI Works with WELL directory.

Where we operate

UAE (home market — Abu Dhabi head office), Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Pakistan, India, and the United Kingdom. Outside these six we travel; our engagement minimums and travel economics make specific markets more natural fits than others — that conversation happens on the scoping call.

The parent organization

ISG FZ-LLC is an Integrative Sustainability Group entity based in Abu Dhabi, with a London office for UK and European engagements. The parent consultancy handles LEED, BREEAM, Estidama, ESG reporting, carbon accounting, acoustic consulting, and the full sustainability-strategy stack. WellTest Global is the narrowly-scoped specialist arm — by design.
