Pricing
We publish the range.
Most PTPs don't. We do — because your AP needs a number for their client's budget, not a sales call to find one.
Entry
$10,000 +
Single-concept performance testing (e.g. Air only, Light only). Small footprint, single-zone, narrow scope.
Typical PV engagement
$40,000 – $100,000+
Full Performance Verification across the ten concepts. Mid-to-large building, 3–10 zones. Includes full instrument inventory and on-site team of 2–4 testers for 2–5 days.
Re-verification
50–70% of initial PV cost
Every 2–3 years per WELL v2 requirement. Lower because calibration baselines, zone layouts, and instrument shipping patterns are already in place.
What drives the number
| Factor | Effect |
|---|---|
| Gross floor area | More area → more measurement zones → more tester-days |
| Concepts in scope | Air, Water, Thermal, Light, Sound each add instrument inventory and test-day requirements |
| Number of test zones | WELL specifies per-zone measurement for several concepts; zone count scales engagement time |
| Travel / market | UAE-local is lowest (instruments in-country); KSA / Egypt / Pakistan / India add travel and customs |
| Re-test risk | Pre-test readiness assessment (optional add-on) cuts retest probability; saves 3-month delays |
Scoped quotes in 48 hours
Tell us the project, the AP on record, and the test window. You'll have a written scoping note and quote within two business days. Signed and scheduled within one to two weeks after that.
What's inside the number: calibrated instruments (and their calibration certificates), on-site tester-days, customs and travel, report drafting, and IWBI submission. Nothing hidden. No retainers, no surprise line items.
What isn't billable
- The scoping call itself — 20–40 minutes, no charge, regardless of whether you proceed
- Real-time flagging during on-site testing — built into the engagement, no upsell
- Post-report questions from IWBI reviewers in the 30 days after submission
