What's in the report
- Cover page — project identifier, certification target, WellTest Global authorization reference, lead tester, calibration reference IDs.
- Methodology statement — concepts in scope, zone map, instruments used, measurement protocol cited to the WELL PV Guidebook section.
- Zone-by-zone results — per-concept readings, threshold, pass / fail marker, notes on any re-measurements.
- Calibration certificates appendix — per-instrument, dated, ISO-traceable.
What's not in the report
- Narrative characterization of the building as "healthy" or "wellness-optimized" — that's marketing, not measurement
- Design recommendations — those remain with your AP
- Boilerplate company history — one sentence, on the cover, and that's it
