Sample report

What a WellTest Global report actually looks like.

An anonymized four-page sample from a recent Abu Dhabi engagement. The document your AP forwards unchanged.

What's in the report

  1. Cover page — project identifier, certification target, WellTest Global authorization reference, lead tester, calibration reference IDs.
  2. Methodology statement — concepts in scope, zone map, instruments used, measurement protocol cited to the WELL PV Guidebook section.
  3. Zone-by-zone results — per-concept readings, threshold, pass / fail marker, notes on any re-measurements.
  4. Calibration certificates appendix — per-instrument, dated, ISO-traceable.

What's not in the report

  • Narrative characterization of the building as "healthy" or "wellness-optimized" — that's marketing, not measurement
  • Design recommendations — those remain with your AP
  • Boilerplate company history — one sentence, on the cover, and that's it

The sample PDF is anonymized (project and client redacted). The structure, data granularity, and calibration-documentation approach reflect the actual deliverable IWBI reviewers see.
