India has one of the world's most active WELL Certification pipelines, led by corporate tenant fit-outs, healthcare facilities, and higher-education campuses. WellTest Global supports Indian projects through scheduled deployments from our regional bases, with English-language documentation aligned to IWBI's current PV framework.

The Indian market has seven IWBI-authorized PTPs with physical presence, most concentrated in the south and west. Project teams in under-served geographies (north-east, Tier-2 cities) or pursuing tight certification timelines often need additional capacity — which is where we fit.

Logistics and on-the-ground

Instrument import through CBEC-approved channels; lead tester travels in for the engagement. Typical 2–5 days on site. English-language coordination with client, AP, and site team.
